Pay my bill

If you are the Primary Contact, Administrator, or have View and Pay access, you can make payments when logged in to My Business Wireline.

If you prefer, you are also able to make a one-time payment without logging in.

When using My Business, you can pay your bill using your checking/savings account, debit card or credit card.

  1. Click Pay bill under the Billing and Payments section of My Business

  2. Select the account(s) for which you want to make a payment, and click Pay bill

  3. Select a payment option

  4. Follow the step-by-step instructions to enter a payment amount and payment method, review your payment, and confirm

Paying by mobile device

When paying your bill from a mobile device, you will need to use the My Fios app.

  1. From the My Fios app main screen, tap Bill
  2. Tap Pay Bill
  3. Tap Pay Bill again

Paying by mail

To pay by mail, include your account number on the check and send your payment to the address indicated on your bill.

Verizon may use information from your check to make an electronic fund transfer and withdraw funds from your account as soon as the same day your payment is received.

Making payment arrangements

If you cannot pay your bill by the due date, Verizon may be able to offer you one of two payment arrangement plan options:

  • Scheduling a different date to pay your entire Past Due amount
  • Scheduling two dates to pay your Past Due amount over two payments

To schedule a payment arrangement when logged into My Business Wireline:

  1. Click Payment Arrangements in the Account Management section.
  2. Select Make a One-Time Payment with another option
  3. Follow the step-by-step instructions to enter a payment arrangement reason, schedule, amount and payment method
  4. Review your payment and confirm

When you negotiate payment arrangements online, you must pay the full past-due amount.
