Frontier Transaction Successfully Closed.

We're excited to share that Verizon's acquisition of Frontier Communications has closed as of January 20, 2026. By uniting two technology leaders, we are bringing better value and more choices to all of our customers. This acquisition is a major investment in expanding our network scale and capability and directly benefits your ability to compete and grow in your marketplace.

Frontier Communications is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Verizon and integration efforts are underway.  We expect these efforts to continue through to the end of 2026.

What does all this mean for you?

As a valued customer, it is business as usual; no immediate changes are being made to your day-to-day relationship with Verizon. Your points of contact remain the same, as do the products you use and the way you access customer and technical support. Your current pricing, terms, and conditions remain fully intact.
